Cancelation
Once the order is placed it can not be canceled under any circumstances. To further talk and solve any doubts you can contact us
Refunds
Once the box is opened then there is no refund policy if the product is in the working stage. Following cases don’t have a refund policy
- Ordered By mistake
- Ordered wrong product
- Price changed
- Mind Changed
- Broken the product while Opening the box
- Don’t need anymore
In case of manufacturing defect (Must be identified within 60 minutes of delivery) Please contact us for refund or replacement.
For after-sales service always go to the nearest service center(List will be provided along with the product in most of the cases)
Product sent to us for return or replacements will be checked by our expert team if the product is in original condition and the defect is not external, only in this case replacement can be accepted.
Note: Refunds can take 7 – 10 days to reflect in your bank statement.
